I’m Shari Sultani, Founder and CEO of Sugar Hill. Sugar Hill was founded with a clear purpose: to provide seniors with respectful, personalized care that helps them feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes.
At Sugar Hill, I believe good care starts with understanding the person. Every senior has different routines, preferences, and support needs, so our approach is never one-size-fits-all. We provide elderly caregiving, companionship, personal care assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, medical transportation, housekeeping, and daily assistance, with support shaped around each client and family.
My goal is to build Sugar Hill around trust, dignity, compassion, clear communication, and independence. I want families to feel confident about the care their loved ones receive, while seniors feel respected, comfortable, and valued in their everyday lives.
